Here’s How It Works           

• We will help you design promotional materials; customized for your cause.
• You encourage everyone on your email, donation list, Facebook, Twitter, etc.  to have our very extensive tune up done. (We will not have access to those lists)
• When they have our tune up done at their homes, we will perform a complete cleaning and rejuvenation of their heating and air system for $60 per system. This will bring their system to factory fresh standards. (This service generally takes an hour to an hour and a half to complete - per system.)
• When it comes time to pay for that tune up, the client writes the check directly to your cause. That’s right! 100% of the $60 (per system) goes to your charity.
• Any services, in addition to the tune up, are to be paid directly to Smith Heating & Air.

Your Responsibility

1. Sign up for Tune Ups For Charity with Smith Services, Inc
2. Provide us the information we’ll need to customize your email blast, fliers, banners and newsletters.
3. Email (or otherwise contact) everyone you know. Post the fliers. Add the banner to your website. Talk about us on Facebook and Twitter.
4. Each month, we’ll deliver the checks we’ve received. All you have to do is cash them.
