We use a product that is EPA registered and we use all organic material. It is applied with a fog machine and works as it dries on surfaces, leaving an invisible shield that encapsulates the existing mold spores. It also helps to prevent new spores from attaching and growing on the surface. Unlike other products on the market, the product we use contains no bleach, ammonia or other volatile organic compounds.

How often should this be done?

This should be done approximately every three years.

How long does it take?

It takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour (per system)
