FACT 2

Most homeowners know maintenance needs to be done on Heating & Air systems twice per year. The benefits are great:

• Helps to save 10-15% on utility costs

• Helps prevent health & safety hazards

• Helps prevent breakdowns

• Helps make the equipment last longer

Utility companies, the EPA and equipment manufacturers recommend it as well. In fact, manufacturers require you to have maintenance done in order to keep your warranties in effect.

FACT 3

Since 1974, Smith Heating & Air has dedicated itself to many different charities. As the times have changed, so have priorities. Now more than ever, many charities are in need of help in order to survive and continue their efforts in helping others. 

There are many people less fortunate than we are, and it is our belief we should do what we can to help no matter how large or how small. We have implemented a program which we call Tune Ups For Charity. This program will enable us to contribute towards many more charities as well as provide a way for Smith Heating & Air, and its employees, to give back to our community.
